2016 GSoC Kernel work

We will be accepting proposals for Linux kernel projects for GSoC, but
we do not suggest specific projects as that has not worked out
in the past. If you have an idea for a specific project that
can be completed in the timeframe of the GSoC program, please
email GregKH (gregkh at linuxfoundation dot org) the following:

• Title of the project
• Description of the project
• Proposed timeline of the project
• Any previous experience that is relevant to the project, including, but not limited to, any accepted Linux kernel patches
